Não sou muito de postar inteiramente um texto de alguém desde que não mereça uma grande menção. Mas, prefiro lê-lo, tirar o que realmente importa e deixar um link.
Porém, desse vez o excelente texto da Cris Lacerda me fez rever isso. Ele foi postado na comunidade do Palmeiras no Orkut e merece uma grande divulgação para todos que por algum motivo não acessa a comunidade (isso existe?).
Enfim, deixando de lenga lenga segue abaixo o belíssimo trabalho de pesquisa da Cris. Ela retirou os dados do site da Justiça Desportiva onde estão as ações envolvendo atletas de cada um desses times ao longo do Brasileirão.
PALMEIRAS x GRÊMIO: De Maio a Setembro no STJD
O STJD vem "sacaneando o campeonato" desde maio, conforme o Palmeiras vem bradando desde o início, ao longo de seus 11 indiciamentos de atletas até a atualização de setembro, enquanto via velhos rivais sequer serem levados ao STJD por diversas ações semelhantes, muitas vezes na mesma rodada.
O Grêmio só havia sofrido 3 indiciamentos de maio a setembro, com uma absolvição entre eles... veio ter suas primeiras dores de cabeça e revoltas contra o tribunal agora, no mês de outubro, 5 meses após o início do campeonato.
O julgamento da última semana foi mais um dos desmandos do STJD, com punições altamente severas e desproporcionais ao grêmio - e não podemos deixar de mencionar, de maneira tão gritante ao Botafogo. Mas daí a dizer que o beneficiado é o Palmeiras, conforme quase todo gremista automaticamente acusa agora, são outros quinhentos... sobretudo contra o time que desde o campeonato paulista vem batendo na tecla contra a justiça desportiva, e foi alvo do STJD desde o primeiro mês de Brasileirão.
Enquanto o Grêmio volta os olhos pro Palmeiras, "times realmente beneficiados" correm por fora dos casos, sem chamar a atenção como queriam... e muitos outros casos inexplicáveis continuam sem ser cobrados: justamente "agora", voltam à abertura do caso do gás contra o Palmeiras, como se a punição que sofreu sem ter a culpa, conforme o laudo do instituto de criminalística que apontou que veio de dentro, fosse pouco. Tem jogadores que voltaram a ser julgados por episódios em que já passaram pelo tribunal e foram absolvidos (afinal, como punir sem chamar a atenção para os outros dois atletas de velhos rivais que na mesma semana cometeram ato semelhante e sequer foram levados ao triunal?). Tem outro jogador indiciado por ato em que a própria suposta "vítima" declarou não haver a intenção e que servirá de testemunha de defesa se for preciso.
E o grêmio, que passou o campeonato inteiro sem o sofrer o rigor do STJD, "agora" é simplesmente fatiado em juízo pelo tribunal. Enquanto o benefiado apenas ri de tudo isso.
Até a última atualização, do início do campeonato até o final de setembro, esse é o resumo das ações envolvendo o Palmeiras e o Grêmio no STJD, onde o Grêmio acusa o Palmeiras por ser o "grande beneficiado" do Supremo Tribunal no ano de 2008.
O Palmeiras sofre com as ações e perseguições do STJD desde maio. Já o Grêmio, havia passado quase ileso aos olhos do Tribunal durante o mesmo período. Agora, o Grêmio sofreu, sim, um grande prejuízo do STJD - severo demais até aos olhos palmeirenses, mas jamais poderia acusar o Palmeiras de "benefício", como veremos a seguir.
Para citar um exemplo de disparidades entre "olhos brandos ao Grêmio" e "olhos caçadores ao Palmeiras" até chegar o mês de outubro, basta fazer o comparativo entre os seus jogadores mais violentos - Kléber e Leo - que possuem até agora a mesma quantidade de cartões vermelhos, sendo Leo detentor da condição de "jogador com maior número de faltas" em grande parte do campeonato.
Kléber foi "arroz de festa" no Tribunal e ao contrário do que alegam os gremistas, sim, Kléber já foi punido pelo STJD. Ao total, entre as suspensões disciplinares, Kléber já ficou quase 1/4 do atual campeonato de fora dos gramados. Sim, foi absolvido em alguns dos episódios por falta de provas de vídeo, mas até em absolvição recebida por essa condição, foi julgado novamente e recebeu a punição.
Já Leo, com a mesma quantidade de cartões vermelhos e inúmeras faltas, muitas delas duras e que haviam sido julgadas em episódios semelhantes com outros times, havia sido indiciado pelo Tribunal apenas duas vezes, ao longo de todos os 5 meses de Campeonato Brasileiro. Foi absolvido em ambas. Repito: Foi ao banco dos réus em apenas dois episódios e foi absolvido em todos eles.

Lembramos que no mês de outubro, o Palmeiras já tem agendado mais 3 julgamentos: Kléber, Diego Souza e Lenny, sendo o de Diego Souza o Recurso Voluntário para revogar a absolvição que recebeu.
Lembramos ainda que ontem, pela primeira vez com um clube no Campeonato Brasileiro, o Grêmio teve deferido o Efeito Suspensivo ao qual deu entrada, e entrará em campo com seus jogadores suspensos até o julgamento do recurso - benefício jamais dado pelo STJD em favor de outro clube, em todas as 29 rodadas da competição.
O Grêmio agora alega que "poderá perder o Campeonato Brasileiro" porque 2 de seus titulares ficarão sem jogar até quase o término da competição, com as punições severas do STJD (já que as demais punições de 2 e 3 jogos não diferem das recebidas normalmente pelos demais clubes ao longo do campeonato). Lembramos ao Grêmio que um time que tem brio não depende de 2 titulares para ser campeão: o Palmeiras, entre junho e julho, passou quase um mês sem jogar com metade do time titular, onde teve partidas que chegou a entrar em campo com 7 reservas, devido às perdas que sofreu ora por lesões, ora pela CBF, ora pelo STJD. E nem por isso deixamos de correr atrás e chegamos à liderança do Campeonato Brasileiro.
Mas a grande questão é a que fica: "Palmeiras beneficiado pelo STJD"?.
É melhor construírem outro discurso, pois esse não se aplica ao time que mais esteve no Tribunal no ano de 2008. Enquanto isso, o "real beneficiado paulista" apenas assiste a tudo de camarote, eternamente intocável em seu trono.
E quanto à "grita" gremista contra o STJD: Bem-vindos ao clube. Clube no qual o Palmeiras é sócio desde a primeira rodada do Brasileirão.
Neste primeiro momento, fiz uma análise dos episódios no banco dos réus envolvendo Palmeiras e Grêmio, do início do Campeonato Brasileiro até o fechamento de setembro. Elevando a pesquisa para os 5 candidatos ao título, veremos que a defesa palmeirense de que não somos beneficiados - e de que na verdade somos perseguidos pelo STJD - vai ainda mais longe.
Segue o breve resumo desses episódios no Brasileirão 2008, junto com resultados favoráveis (absolvições e ganhos em recurso) e desfavoráveis (punições e perdas em recurso):

Palmeiras foi o clube que mais foi indiciado pelo STJD (o triplo ou o quádruplo de vezes dos seus concorrentes) dentre todo o campeonato e o que mais sofreu punições do Tribunal. Se isso é ser "beneficiado pelo STJD", gostaria de saber o que seria um "Palmeiras prejudicado".
E o incrível é que agora que o São Paulo entrou no G4 na reta final, Grêmio e Palmeiras se encontram caçados pelo STJD no mês de outubro - o Grêmio com o absurdo que vimos nessa semana e o Palmeiras nos 3 julgamentos que estão por vir.
Mas apesar de tudo, os gremistas preferem continuar bradando que "Palmeiras é o maior beneficiado do STJD", ao contrário do que dizem os números absurdos do comparativo. Enquanto isso "o real beneficado" assiste a tudo, mais uma vez, de camarote, vendo gremistas e palmeirenses se comendo vivos, e o STJD caçando covardemente ambos.
Talvez quando o Grêmio perceber isso, será tarde demais e "Inês estará morta".
Compreendemos que o repudio gremista e o discurso de "favorecimento e compra" em benefício do Palmeiras surgiu com a absolvição de Diego Souza - jogando na lata do lixo toda a perseguição que o Palmeiras sofreu, sendo caçado pelo STJD em detrimento aos seus concorrentes.
Esta absolvição surpreendeu até os próprios palmeirenses, com estarrecimento geral à "mudança de comportamento do STJD perante o clube", numa inexplicável absolvição quando foi notório que o Diego Souza deveria ser punido até o último fio de cabelo.
Mas basta analisar um pouco mais a fundo o polêmico episódio desta absolvição, com tudo em torno dele em relação a benefícios e prejuízos - e sobretudo, a quem. Se é para criar "teorias da conspiração" como faz o Grêmio, o Palmeiras está com munição cheia:
Na mesma semana em que Diego Souza cometeu o ato, o São Paulo teve jogador em igual ação de violência e ato antidesportivo - Dagoberto, idêntica a de Chicão do Corinthians e cujo este último jogador recebeu 120 dias de punição no Tribunal.
O são-paulino nada sofreu. Sequer foi indiciado e levado ao Tribunal.
Mas Diego Souza, sim. Então como punir o palmeirense sem chamar atenção ao fato semelhante, na mesma semana? Absolve-se, então, e esconde-se o favorecimento ao outro beneficiado.
Mas isso gerou a imagem de "benefício ao Palmeiras". Então qual o próximo passo para o STJD se mostrar "imparcial"? Punir o Grêmio - e de maneira dura e jamais vista, como acompanhamos. Mas pela intensidade da punição do Grêmio, surge novamente a imagem da parcialidade.
Ora, mas Palmeiras será julgado logo a seguir, na próxima semana em 3 episódios. Um deles, para voltar à absolvição de Diego Souza - dessa vez, com o critério da mão de ferro aplicada ao Grêmio e já bastante longe, em semanas, da ação de Dagoberto.
Com isso, o STJD passa a ser o "imparcial" - com o martelo que bateu no Chico gremista batendo no Francisco palmeirense. Bate-se nos dois primeiros colocados do Brasileirão e deixa-se o São Paulo quietinho no seu canto, como está.
Maio, junho, julho, agosto, setembro:
Mesmo contando a "polêmica absolvição" de Diego Souza, o Palmeiras se vê 14 vezes sentando no banco dos réus e sofrendo 9 resultados desfavoráveis, enquanto vê todos os seus 4 concorrentes - juntos - sentando 15 vezes e sofrendo 7 resultados desfavoráveis.
Repito: "Palmeiras" 14 vezes, 9 reveses. "Todos juntos" 15 vezes, 7 reveses.
Outubro ainda não teve seu fechamento, e lembramos que ainda teremos 3 julgamentos palmeirenses e 3 recursos gremistas... Aí sim, ao final dos resultados de tudo isso, eles serão somados.
Os argumentos não foram para entrar no mérito da questão recente do Grêmio, se foi duro ou não (o que é já notório que as punições foram extremamente absurdas e nem mesmo os palmeirenses concordam com tamanha degola), nem quem foi "mais" ou "menos" prejudicado. Foram para defender o Palmeiras das amplas e infundadas acusações gremistas de que "o Palmeiras é o grande beneficiado do STJD e comprou o campeonato".
Não, não somos... Os números do Palmeiras no STJD e seus reveses estão aí, e a soma de todos os seus concorrentes diretos também - para todo mundo ver, gremistas ou não. E falar isso justamente do time cuja balança, somando todos, sequer dá igual, é não admitir que chegamos onde chegamos com as nossas próprias pernas - e nesses 5 meses, nós sim, "contra tudo e contra todos".
Mas nem por isso, nesse meio tempo até aqui, choramos aos quatro ventos midiáticos: não somos "vítimas", somos guerreiros. E no campo, não temos medo.

Lembramos ainda que ontem, pela primeira vez com um clube no Campeonato Brasileiro, o Grêmio teve deferido o Efeito Suspensivo ao qual deu entrada, e entrará em campo com seus jogadores suspensos até o julgamento do recurso - benefício jamais dado pelo STJD em favor de outro clube, em todas as 29 rodadas da competição.
O Grêmio agora alega que "poderá perder o Campeonato Brasileiro" porque 2 de seus titulares ficarão sem jogar até quase o término da competição, com as punições severas do STJD (já que as demais punições de 2 e 3 jogos não diferem das recebidas normalmente pelos demais clubes ao longo do campeonato). Lembramos ao Grêmio que um time que tem brio não depende de 2 titulares para ser campeão: o Palmeiras, entre junho e julho, passou quase um mês sem jogar com metade do time titular, onde teve partidas que chegou a entrar em campo com 7 reservas, devido às perdas que sofreu ora por lesões, ora pela CBF, ora pelo STJD. E nem por isso deixamos de correr atrás e chegamos à liderança do Campeonato Brasileiro.
Mas a grande questão é a que fica: "Palmeiras beneficiado pelo STJD"?.
É melhor construírem outro discurso, pois esse não se aplica ao time que mais esteve no Tribunal no ano de 2008. Enquanto isso, o "real beneficiado paulista" apenas assiste a tudo de camarote, eternamente intocável em seu trono.
E quanto à "grita" gremista contra o STJD: Bem-vindos ao clube. Clube no qual o Palmeiras é sócio desde a primeira rodada do Brasileirão.
Neste primeiro momento, fiz uma análise dos episódios no banco dos réus envolvendo Palmeiras e Grêmio, do início do Campeonato Brasileiro até o fechamento de setembro. Elevando a pesquisa para os 5 candidatos ao título, veremos que a defesa palmeirense de que não somos beneficiados - e de que na verdade somos perseguidos pelo STJD - vai ainda mais longe.
Segue o breve resumo desses episódios no Brasileirão 2008, junto com resultados favoráveis (absolvições e ganhos em recurso) e desfavoráveis (punições e perdas em recurso):

Palmeiras foi o clube que mais foi indiciado pelo STJD (o triplo ou o quádruplo de vezes dos seus concorrentes) dentre todo o campeonato e o que mais sofreu punições do Tribunal. Se isso é ser "beneficiado pelo STJD", gostaria de saber o que seria um "Palmeiras prejudicado".
E o incrível é que agora que o São Paulo entrou no G4 na reta final, Grêmio e Palmeiras se encontram caçados pelo STJD no mês de outubro - o Grêmio com o absurdo que vimos nessa semana e o Palmeiras nos 3 julgamentos que estão por vir.
Mas apesar de tudo, os gremistas preferem continuar bradando que "Palmeiras é o maior beneficiado do STJD", ao contrário do que dizem os números absurdos do comparativo. Enquanto isso "o real beneficado" assiste a tudo, mais uma vez, de camarote, vendo gremistas e palmeirenses se comendo vivos, e o STJD caçando covardemente ambos.
Talvez quando o Grêmio perceber isso, será tarde demais e "Inês estará morta".
Compreendemos que o repudio gremista e o discurso de "favorecimento e compra" em benefício do Palmeiras surgiu com a absolvição de Diego Souza - jogando na lata do lixo toda a perseguição que o Palmeiras sofreu, sendo caçado pelo STJD em detrimento aos seus concorrentes.
Esta absolvição surpreendeu até os próprios palmeirenses, com estarrecimento geral à "mudança de comportamento do STJD perante o clube", numa inexplicável absolvição quando foi notório que o Diego Souza deveria ser punido até o último fio de cabelo.
Mas basta analisar um pouco mais a fundo o polêmico episódio desta absolvição, com tudo em torno dele em relação a benefícios e prejuízos - e sobretudo, a quem. Se é para criar "teorias da conspiração" como faz o Grêmio, o Palmeiras está com munição cheia:
Na mesma semana em que Diego Souza cometeu o ato, o São Paulo teve jogador em igual ação de violência e ato antidesportivo - Dagoberto, idêntica a de Chicão do Corinthians e cujo este último jogador recebeu 120 dias de punição no Tribunal.
O são-paulino nada sofreu. Sequer foi indiciado e levado ao Tribunal.
Mas Diego Souza, sim. Então como punir o palmeirense sem chamar atenção ao fato semelhante, na mesma semana? Absolve-se, então, e esconde-se o favorecimento ao outro beneficiado.
Mas isso gerou a imagem de "benefício ao Palmeiras". Então qual o próximo passo para o STJD se mostrar "imparcial"? Punir o Grêmio - e de maneira dura e jamais vista, como acompanhamos. Mas pela intensidade da punição do Grêmio, surge novamente a imagem da parcialidade.
Ora, mas Palmeiras será julgado logo a seguir, na próxima semana em 3 episódios. Um deles, para voltar à absolvição de Diego Souza - dessa vez, com o critério da mão de ferro aplicada ao Grêmio e já bastante longe, em semanas, da ação de Dagoberto.
Com isso, o STJD passa a ser o "imparcial" - com o martelo que bateu no Chico gremista batendo no Francisco palmeirense. Bate-se nos dois primeiros colocados do Brasileirão e deixa-se o São Paulo quietinho no seu canto, como está.
Maio, junho, julho, agosto, setembro:
Mesmo contando a "polêmica absolvição" de Diego Souza, o Palmeiras se vê 14 vezes sentando no banco dos réus e sofrendo 9 resultados desfavoráveis, enquanto vê todos os seus 4 concorrentes - juntos - sentando 15 vezes e sofrendo 7 resultados desfavoráveis.
Repito: "Palmeiras" 14 vezes, 9 reveses. "Todos juntos" 15 vezes, 7 reveses.
Outubro ainda não teve seu fechamento, e lembramos que ainda teremos 3 julgamentos palmeirenses e 3 recursos gremistas... Aí sim, ao final dos resultados de tudo isso, eles serão somados.
Os argumentos não foram para entrar no mérito da questão recente do Grêmio, se foi duro ou não (o que é já notório que as punições foram extremamente absurdas e nem mesmo os palmeirenses concordam com tamanha degola), nem quem foi "mais" ou "menos" prejudicado. Foram para defender o Palmeiras das amplas e infundadas acusações gremistas de que "o Palmeiras é o grande beneficiado do STJD e comprou o campeonato".
Não, não somos... Os números do Palmeiras no STJD e seus reveses estão aí, e a soma de todos os seus concorrentes diretos também - para todo mundo ver, gremistas ou não. E falar isso justamente do time cuja balança, somando todos, sequer dá igual, é não admitir que chegamos onde chegamos com as nossas próprias pernas - e nesses 5 meses, nós sim, "contra tudo e contra todos".
Mas nem por isso, nesse meio tempo até aqui, choramos aos quatro ventos midiáticos: não somos "vítimas", somos guerreiros. E no campo, não temos medo.
